Dilworth Social To Open on East Boulevard in January

Dilworth Social will open at 1301 East Blvd. in January. A filed permit and Facebook post from the restaurant confirm this. The spot aims to become a gathering place for Charlotte's Dilworth neighborhood.

“Our goal with Dilworth Social is simple — to create a true neighborhood spot where people can unwind, connect, and enjoy great food and drinks in a relaxed, friendly environment,” the team shared in a statement, per Whatnow.com. “Dilworth has an incredible community energy, and we want this space to become the neighborhood's go-to hangout.”

Beer, cocktails, and food will be served. Families are welcome. Sports will play on screens throughout.

Susan Naomi Vitale appears as the applicant on the permit. She owns Midtown Tavern too, a restaurant-bar on East Third Street that dishes out chef-driven entrees, burgers, salads, wraps, sandwiches, and wood-fired pizzas.

The Facebook page describes a casual atmosphere coming to the area, though menu specifics remain under wraps for now.
