From dawn till dusk, students transformed bare walls into bright displays. Their artistic touches turned boring spaces into splashes of school pride, marking just the start of what's ahead.
Next up: Tuesday brings a midday bash near Popp-Martin Student Union. Students can snag free gear, grab tasty bites, and jump into various activities between classes.
As night falls Tuesday, music fills the air during Aux Cord Wars. Students take turns spinning tracks, turning the evening into an upbeat sound clash that shows off their musical tastes.
Midweek brings a chance to refresh wardrobes at the Charlotte Shirt Swap. For two hours starting at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, old favorites find new homes as students trade their gear.
Friday packs a double punch of excitement. Afternoon carnival games and bounce houses take over CHHS/COED Plaza. When darkness settles, eight Greek organizations light up the stage with stunning dance moves in a competition that never fails to amaze.
Saturday's energy starts early at Hauser Alumni Pavilion. Past graduates gather with their loved ones while nearby, face painters work their magic outside Jerry Richardson Stadium as fans stream in.
The week peaks at 3:30 p.m. when the Charlotte 49ers clash with the Temple University Owls. This matchup stands as the high point of homecoming festivities.
Every passing year, these celebrations weave new bonds between fresh faces and returning friends. Through shared moments and collective cheers, the spirit of Charlotte grows stronger.
