Six other spots round out Charlotte's most sought-after dining scene. Each brings its own twist: Leluia Hall's church setting, Rada's fresh takes, Restaurant Constance's skilled cooking, Seaboy's catch of the day, Spaghett's handmade pasta, and Steak 48's prime cuts.
"The numbers don't lie — OpenTable took a look at the restaurants with the most reservations, and these were the crowd favorites," said OpenTable per The Charlotte Observer.
At Spaghett, just 44 lucky diners fit inside. New slots open up two weeks out, sharp at 10 a.m. Quick fingers catch tables, but walk-ins might score one of six bar seats.
Chef Sam Diminich's James Beard nod put Restaurant Constance on the map. The tiny 40-seat spot fills fast. Night owls have better luck: try for 9 p.m. or later.
Leluia Hall turns an old church into a food sanctuary. Weeknights offer better odds. Big spenders can book the wine cellar for $150. Bon Appétit's praise drew national eyes.
Rada opens its books two weeks ahead for its 50 seats. Fresh salmon, veal chop milanesa, and Dover sole draw crowds. Eight bar spots stay open for drop-ins.
Ten tables make up Seaboy's Lake Norman fish house. Fresh scallops, branzino, and local swordfish keep seats full. Early birds and night owls have the best shot at getting in.
Steak 48 packs weekends but breathes easier midweek. Rich shells and cheese plus creamy Boursin potatoes complement the steaks.
Small spaces mean tough choices. Bird Pizzeria's kitchen empties nightly. Even takeout needs days of planning. When spots are this hot, patience pays off.
